I don’t have time for a 90 day programme. How can I still achieve food freedom?
WildFit is designed to be compatile with a busy life. While the coaching sessions and the videos do
require some extra time – like everything that you want to learn and practice – new, healthy habits will
soon become routine and as natural as brushing your teeth.
The average diet makes people gain 5kg. WildFit’s focus is on creating food-habits that serve you and your wellbeing. With WildFit you create a solid basis for permanent change. Weight loss is not a goal of WildFit. It is the side-effect of a healthy body.

I don’t like vegetables much. Can I still do the program?
The WildFit 90 day programme has a strong focus on mindset and behavior change along with creating habits that serve you. You’ll be surprised how both your attitude and your taste buds can change!
I’m vegetarian/vegan. Can I do WildFit?
Thousands of women and men have gone through the WildFit 90 being vegan or vegetarian. Most Indians have! In fact I myself was vegan when I first did WildFit 90 in 2016. From my own experience I can reassure you that WildFit is perfectly doable without eating meat. The adjustments and extra creavity needed I will guide you with to make sure your body has got everything it needs and you will achieve your goals- without eating meat or animal products.
I’m happy with my overall health, but my spouse/my children/my parents/my friend could use some help
As a (single) mother of two I fully understand the importance of your family’s health. I tried everything to make my daughters healthy eaters until I realized that the best way to teach somebody is through leading by example. This is also WildFit’s view. As a coach I have personally witnessed many spouses and children becoming curious and picking up healthier habits just by one family member doing WildFit.

I am pregnant/am breastfeeding. Can I do WildFit?
WildFit is perfectly doable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. In fact the health of your baby will greatly benefit along with your own.
